Solution Consultant – Tax Technology Solutions

As a Solution Consultant supporting both the SafeSend Suite and SurePrep product lines, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product adoption. You’ll partner with sales, client success, and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, provide technical expertise, and influence strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in public accounting or tax software industry.
• Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
• Technical aptitude with cloud-based solutions and workflow automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Passion for helping others and driving change through technology.
