SHAREM Senior Operations Analyst (Navy/DoD)

THOR Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support US Navy Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) at Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in San Diego, CA. The contract is for a potential, late 2025 award. This position requires an individual to analyze data, conduct statistical analysis, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field
• Six (6) years of experience leading analysis teams
• Four (4) years of experience in operational research, operations analysis, applied math, and statistics
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in the use of analytical software tools (Matlab, Statistical Analysis Software, Microsoft Excel)
• Proficient with productivity software (Microsoft Office suite)
• Excellent communication skills
