Job Description
THOR Solutions is seeking a mission-focused Damage Control (DC) Firefighting Instructor to support the U.S. Navy’s Surface Warfare Engineering Schools Command (SWESC). The role involves delivering technical and military training, including curriculum updates and administration, for formalized naval training. This is a full-time onsite position in Great Lakes, IL.
Requirements
- Provide technical and military training to DoD personnel.
- Support curriculum updates and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Graduate of a Navy Instructor Training Course (CIN: A-012-0077) or equivalent.
- Graduate of courses related to Shipboard Firefighting and Damage Control.
- Current Basic EMT qualification or higher.
- Proficiency with productivity software.
- Strong communication skills.
