As a Service After-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling various requests such as administrative tasks, supporting clients with technical information, technical support, and guarantee claims.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Relevant experience in the mechanical field
• Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory, both in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic plans, and parts diagrams
