Job Description
ThoughtFull is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, focusing on enterprise and partnership sales. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with insurance brokers, insurers, and benefits companies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategy and expand into new markets. It's a key role in building a scalable sales engine.
Requirements
- 7-10 years' experience in sales and new business development
- Experience selling to teams such as HR Benefits, Talent Engagement, or Talent Development
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-growth or startup environment
- Confident communicator
- Fluent in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Comfortable operating independently
