The role focuses on building and managing a pipeline of new merchants, nurturing existing partners, and negotiating commercial terms. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Proven experience managing inbound leads and supporting client onboarding
- Strong commercial acumen
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term client & partner relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive, resilience, and motivation to hit targets
- Strong organisational skills focusing on CRM management and pipeline hygiene
