We are looking for a Solution Center Specialist to support Business Advisors throughout the sales process by troubleshooting products, handling order processing, and analyzing reported and escalated issues. The goal of this position is to increase overall sales productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
- Requires 2+ years of related experience
- Foundational industry knowledge with the ability to learn and understand the company’s systems, products, and policies
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and solutions to internal and external clients
- Customer service skills with the ability to provide solutions in a helpful and pleasant manor, making it as easy as possible on sales and external clients
- Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, resolve issues, and provide consistent follow-up until final resolution
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to help solve problems
- Ability to work both independently and within a virtual team environment, multi-task, and remain productive in high-stress situations
