Supv Billing

We are looking for a Supervisor of Billing to join our team at Thryv. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and providing oversight to the reconciliation process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Supervises activities related to accurate and timely billing, correct cash postings, and/or timely collections.
• Oversees billing system reconciliations, validating and balancing billing activity.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with National CMRs.
• Provides back-up documentation such as spreadsheets, invoices, or bill statements to be able to effectively collect on these receivables, when applicable.
• Oversees work items and/or cases to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and all client issues are corrected prior to billing.
• Handles escalations, system problems, and additional projects as needed.
• Supervises a billing team effectively, including performance, coaching, completeness of work assignments, and development.
• Identifies and implements process improvements, as needed.
• Ensures all Sarbanes Oxley requirements are met.
