Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to provide excellent support to employees in North America and the Philippines. The role involves managing and resolving employee requests, streamlining processes, and driving proactive problem-solving. It requires a hands-on approach with an emphasis on continuous improvement and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of direct experience in HR delivery or shared services in the US regions
- Solid understanding of US Human Resources processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proven track record in ticketing, mailbox logic, and workflow oversight
- Experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Statutory Benefits
- Familiarity with SLAs, audit standards, and compliance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to triage and prioritize work from multiple channels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws
