Director, B2B Marketing

Thyme Care is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to lead the growth of our B2B marketing function, overseeing Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Content and Events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years in healthcare, and experience engaging directly with customers through sales, product demos, or account management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B audiences
• 5+ years of healthcare experience in health plans or B2B2C virtual care/digital health
• 2+ years experience engaging directly with customers through sales, product demos, or account management
• Demonstrated experience in buyer research and insights, messaging and positioning, go-to-market planning, and content and demand marketing
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across product, clinical, and commercial teams
• Experience developing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer segment strategies
• Leadership experience guiding teams through strategic and planning exercises
• Strong command of KPI development and performance tracking to connect marketing execution to business results
