TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. The team is looking for a Strategy Lead to work closely with the business from new business opportunities exploration to key metrics set-up.

Requirements

• 5 years professional experience in strategy or strategy operations
• Domain knowledge in e-commerce, marketplace business, consumables or technology
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently
• Good leadership skillset in a global environment
