TikTok is looking for a Strategy Lead for Seller/Creator Incentives to develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to optimize merchant incentive programs.
Requirements
- More than 4 years experience of leading teams of 5+ direct reports
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
- Proven expertise in the e-commerce industry, preferably 3P marketplace models, with resource management or seller incentives experience
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs
