We are looking for a Quality Assurance Program Manager to maintain the highest level of Quality and Compliance in our Service Support Centre. Responsibilities include refreshing the quality framework, ensuring effective monitoring and feedback, and identifying productivity improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years experience in quality assurance, preferably within Customer Service
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing training programs
