TikTok Shop - Quality Assurance Program Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Program Manager to maintain the highest level of Quality and Compliance. As part of the Governance and Experience team, you will be responsible for upholding high-quality moderation standards, developing a robust quality assurance framework, and ensuring 100% auditing of DSAT cases.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years experience in quality assurance, preferably within Customer Service
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work across different time zones and coordinate with BPO partners and internal stakeholders
