Our London-based Resource Management team is integral to TikTok Shop's eCommerce success in the EMEA region, devising and implementing comprehensive strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in operational strategy, product strategy, business analysis, or management consulting
• Strong data literacy with ability to leverage analytics to inform business decisions
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams
