Job Description
The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. This is a highly unique role, combining both strategy and execution, helping support TikTok Shop start-up growth in the rapidly scaling UK market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years of strategic and analytical experience leading management consulting firm, and/or tech/ecommerce companies
- Good understanding of eCommerce, and/or Digital advertising markets
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong ownership and self-started mentality
