We are looking for someone to join our sales team as a Junior Account Manager to contribute to the team's success with a structured and proactive work style.
Requirements
- Win new customers through phone calls, social media, video calls, and events
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Plan, organize, and execute customer events and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, back office, and technical service team in the DACH region
- Create proposals, RFPs, and competition analyses
- Prepare forecasts, customer plans, and reports as a basis for management decisions
- Maintain the CRM system with a focus on projects, sales opportunities, and ongoing sales cycles
- Develop sales materials for existing and new customers
- Continuously optimize internal processes and procedures
