Benefits Assistant

Provides front-line support for routine benefits inquiries, assists with benefits enrollment processing, and maintains accurate benefits records. Assists with carrier and vendor communications, supports data entry and audits, and demonstrates strong customer service to employees and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of HR and benefits support experience preferred
• Workday experience preferred
• Excellent written communication, planning and organization skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Knowledge and successful application of Microsoft Office applications
