Civil Project Engineer II/III - Land Development

Timmons Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Land Development team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of land development projects and collaborate with clients and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
