Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join their Land Development team in Columbia, SC. The successful candidate will contribute to various land development projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces. The role involves designing site layouts, performing engineering calculations, and preparing technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software.
