Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Timmons Group is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing Team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing proposals for an architecture or civil engineering firm.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AEC proposal development required
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical and client-focused narratives
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
