Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Richmond, VA office. This role involves leading proposal efforts, managing the full proposal process, writing and editing content, collaborating with technical staff, and maintaining marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AEC proposal development
• Engineering proposal development strongly preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
