Loader Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Loader Operator to join our Ready-Mix Concrete team in Mangonia, FL. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely load material from stockpiles and maintain the plant/yard appropriately.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Construction industry experience required
• Ability to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Basic understanding of windows-based operations / computer skills
• Must have demonstrated the ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of concrete characteristics and production
• Must have demonstrated safe operation of Mixer Truck and Loader
• Knowledge of proper material handling practices
• Previous experience in ready-mix industry is preferred
• Must have demonstrated the ability to be coachable by Plant Supervisor and Area Supervisor
• Must have ability to further progress to Batch Operator
• Must be physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor
• Must be English proficient, both oral and written
