Loader Operator

Titan America LLC is seeking a Loader Operator to join their Ready-Mix Concrete team in Tampa, FL. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely load material from stockpiles and maintain the plant/yard appropriately.

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Construction industry experience required
• Ability to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Basic understanding of windows-based operations / computer skills
• Must have demonstrated the ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of concrete characteristics and production
• Must have demonstrated safe operation of Mixer Truck and Loader
• Knowledge of proper material handling practices
• Previous experience in ready-mix industry is preferred
• Valid CDL license is preferred
• Must be physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor
• Must be English proficient, both oral and written
