Job Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the technical architecture, integration, and modernization of the Business Resource Integration Dashboard for Government Efficiency (BRIDGE). This role will focus on transforming siloed legacy systems into an integrated platform leveraging AI and cloud technologies, enhancing data-driven decision-making for DHS's Management Directorate.
Requirements
- Design and implement the technical architecture for BRIDGE, integrating disparate systems.
- Develop and execute a modernization roadmap to transition legacy systems.
- Oversee system interoperability and ensure data governance.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams.
- Establish engineering best practices for CI/CD, DevOps and security.
- Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2, and DHS Directive 4300A.
