General Manager

As a General Manager, you’ll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. You'll manage daily operations and lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service.

Requirements

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
• Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
• Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention.
• Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs.
• Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease.
