As a General Manager, you'll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. You'll manage daily operations, lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service.
Requirements
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
- Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention.
