Requirements

• Investigate complaints related to anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement
• Apply remedies and solutions to cases of anti-social behaviour and tenancy-related issues
• Stay informed on legislation and policies affecting anti-social behaviour and tenancy matters
• Take ownership of cases and manage them responsibly within agreed timelines
• Build partnerships with external agencies, including the police
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear written case reports
