Job Description
Tomorrow.io is seeking an AI Director of Enterprise Growth to shape and scale high-quality pipeline growth. This role focuses on AI-driven digital campaigns, website optimization, and marketing automation, partnering with sales, product marketing, and vendors to drive demand, awareness, and conversion. The AI Director will lead enterprise growth initiatives and integrate data-driven decision-making into all channels.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, B2B SaaS with an enterprise focus.
- Proven track record of building and scaling growth programs.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong background in website optimization and GEO/SEO.
- Expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GEO/SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
