Job Description
Tonkean is a platform builder and configuration specialist seeking a Technical Expert to build and configure workflows based on solutions delivered by the Implementation Architect. This role focuses on providing seamless integrations, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and ensuring scalability of automated processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and solving real-world process problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or platform configuration roles.
- Deep understanding of no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical problems.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
