Compliance Engineer

Topcon Positioning Group is looking for a Compliance Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve internal processes related to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering); Master's degree preferred
• Five years' experience in cybersecurity standards, regulations, and compliance processes (EU RED, CRA)
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software engineering, with understanding of secure design principles.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity or safety certification projects for hardware and software products.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Good communication skills, capable of explaining compliance issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• The good knowledge of the English language is mandatory to perform the job
