Preventive Quality Engineer

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a motivated and committed Preventive Quality Engineer to develop and implement proactive quality assurance strategies, ensuring products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related role
• Strong understanding of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and root cause analysis tools
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and supplier quality development
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Supply chain management expertise
• Quality control knowledge
• Ability to plan and deliver effective training
• Self-motivated /self-starter with the ability to find creative solutions
• Executive-level presentation abilities
• Good knowledge of the English language
