Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to install and service Topcon Machine Control components on heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and technical abilities, strong customer service skills, and experience working on heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Install and service Topcon Machine Control components on heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot complex installation issues to improve machine performance
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Perform Pre and Post Sale Technical Support assistance for customers and the sales team via phone, email, and remote
