Job Description
Topcon Solutions is a leader in the AEC industry, and we're looking for a Field Service Technician to install and service our Machine Control components. As a Field Service Technician, you'll troubleshoot complex installation issues, research solutions to software and hardware issues, and provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
Requirements
- Mechanical and Technical abilities required
- Strong Customer Service and Support focus
- Intermediate knowledge of computers
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- High School education/Trade school, field experience, or previous work experience working on heavy equipment
