Service Technician

Provide technical support to customers and end-users of our products, diagnose and repair returned products, and assist customers with product operation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• A.S. or equivalent in Electronics-related experience or technical training
• Able to read and interpret schematics
• Working knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
• Knowledge of soldering
• General working knowledge of computer applications in Microsoft Office and customer order entry in an ERP system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
