This role involves liaison with student associations, faculty, staff, and students, investigating grievances, and administering university policies. The position will be based in New York, NY.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field; a Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in student affairs or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, staff supervision, and budget management.
- Experience in crisis management and student support services.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities in interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution, customer service, and organizational skills.
