Temecula Valley Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Warranty Administrator/Clerk to support warranty claims and ensure accurate payment. This role involves administrative tasks, customer communication, parts coordination, and report generation, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Requirements

• 5 years of previous warranty administrator/clerk experience in an auto dealership.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Strong math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with automotive parts identification and inspection.
• Confidence and a friendly, energetic attitude.
