Requirements
- Academic background: Completed commercial or technical education, ideally with a focus on sales or plastics technology
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the packaging, plastics or chemical industry
- Strong acquisition and negotiation skills, along with a high level of self-initiative
- Sustainability awareness and deep understanding of sustainable business models and ecological responsibility
- Communication strength, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and openness to new things
- Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a constantly changing environment
- Hands-on mentality, innovative thinking, and solution-oriented approach
- High level of self-initiative, organizational skills, and commitment
- Team skills, networking skills, and positive attitude and humor
- Negotiable German and English skills (spoken and written)
