The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all phases of the proposal process in response to U.S. and International Government agency's Requests for Proposals (RFP/RFQ/ITB/IFB/RFIs). The successful candidate will have an opportunity to both support and learn from a talented and experienced bid team.
Requirements
- Analyzing request for Proposals (RFPs), producing a high-level summary, and providing a snapshot to all involved departments on the proposal requirements.
- Ensuring the collection and execution of required forms and documents as required.
- Updating proposal schedules, including establishing master schedule, milestones, managing adjustments to schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of a fully compliant proposal.
- Assisting with the development of targeted questions to obtain critical proposal information.
- Communicating proposal requirements with and obtaining updates from assigned team members.
- Developing collaborative relationships with sales team and stakeholders, building rapport to collaborate on bid review, Go/No Go and proposal processes to achieve new business goals.
- Ensuring a complete and compliant proposal by leveraging current boilerplate content.
- Maintaining re-use libraries and ensuring accuracy of current boilerplate content.
- Supporting proposal response schedule and engaging in proposal management processes.
- Reviewing and analyzing Solicitation and related documents, ensuring final proposal product is compliant and delivered on schedule.
- Ensuring the printing, packaging, and shipping of proposals as required.
- Reviewing and editing materials for compliance, messaging, completeness, and correct grammar and formatting.
