Job Description
A proactive Project Proposal Coordinator is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic operational team. The role involves managing the entire proposal process, from initial enquiry to final submission, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, preparing accurate cost breakdowns, and maintaining organized systems.
Requirements
- Manage the proposal process from initial enquiry to final submission
- Review RFPs, door schedules, and architectural drawings (full training provided)
- Prepare accurate estimates and cost breakdowns using pricing tools
- Gather and integrate supplier quotes quickly and accurately
- Draft, format, and proofread professional proposal documents
- Maintain a well-organised library of templates, proposals, and materials
- Respond promptly to queries and coordinate with internal teams
- Collaborate with sales, suppliers, and other departments
- Stay on top of deadlines and contribute to continuous process improvements
