Senior Project Manager

Tradeforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality residential property developments from concept to completion. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy and drive results within the Construction division, supporting a significant pipeline of projects over the next five years. The role involves overseeing the project lifecycle, managing teams, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, programming, and timely delivery of residential developments
• Lead, mentor, and develop site teams, Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and trade package scoping
• Monitor project progress, issue delay notices/EOTs, and maintain project schedules
• Ensure strict compliance with WHS, QA, environmental, and DA requirements
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and utility providers
• Provide regular reporting on cost, cash flow, procurement, and program progress
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and uncompromising safety and quality standards
