Job Description
Trademark Property Company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to assist the Senior Operations Manager in maintaining the commercial real estate property. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, managing tasks, and ensuring the preservation of property. The position is 40 hours a week with potential for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.
