Accounts Receivable Lead

The Accounts Receivable Lead is responsible for accurate invoice processing, collections management, and acting as a resource for the AR staff. This role requires proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts receivable process. The role involves providing training, resolving issues, and assisting with audits and year-end closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent education/experience
• CPA or public accounting experience highly regarded
• Minimum four years’ accounting experience in a comparable environment
• Knowledge of GAAP highly regarded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using and interpreting data from ERP systems
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
