As a TNS Principle Product Manager, you will lead others to deliver true value based on customer-backed approaches. You will utilize your entrepreneurial prowess to drive strategy of TNS business, technology, and design.
Requirements
- Deliver business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Support business reviews and have the ability to present across all levels of the organization
- Drive the product lifecycle from market development to market decline
- Partner with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long-term business needs
- Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key objectives derived from the Balanced Scorecard
- Evaluates research and market analysis, meets with third party vendors, and maintains knowledge of industry innovations and technology platforms to inform the strategy for the product
- Understands financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within portfolio, prioritizes updates to support the roadmap
- Drives product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of solution architects, development, and operations to ensure products are aligned with product vision
- Identifies goals, metrics, and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and its individual features, and continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product based on learnings
- Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair teams form delivery of a quality product in order to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Drives operational excellence to create internal customer satisfaction and meet product metrics while prioritizing customer needs
- Works across legal teams to develop, review and execute customer and third party partner contracts
- Accepting constructive feedback from other team members
- Actively listen to problem discussions and propose various solutions
- Work as a member of project team and make the necessary contributions for the role

- Partner with various Communication Division members to create products and services
- Ability to articulate complex issues both in written form and orally
