Responsible for the overall administration and operations associated with the Premium Accounting Department: processing premium payments, loan payments, automatic withdrawals from policy owners bank accounts, return items research, researching payment history, and updating billing payment modes.
Requirements
- Analyze, process and accurately update policy payments in all applicable applications in a timely manner
- Working in a collaborative manner to meet established departmental service level goals
- Ability to multi-task in high volume environment on a daily basis and make sound business decisions while maintaining acceptable quality and productivity benchmarks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization internal and external including verbal and written communication
- Performs other duties as assigned based on division needs
- Maintain working knowledge of administration system processes
