Support the administration and coordination of Human Resources (HR) policies and programs across HR Centers of Excellence. Perform site specific duties to assist local HR staff, managers, and employees.
Requirements
- Assist employees and visitors with a broad range of inquiries
- Provide phone/front desk coverage as needed
- Support large and/or complex HR programs, advanced reporting, communications, and special projects
- Plan and coordinate department/site meetings and employee events
- Prepare and/or conduct new hire orientation, onboarding activities and I-9 recordkeeping
- Maintain on-site personnel files, record retention schedules, filing, office supplies, etc. as needed
- Oversee processing and recordkeeping for various business processes (e.g., sign-on bonuses, PTO adjustments)
- May lead/serve on company committees as a representative of HR
- Review work processes and make suggestions for improvement
- Comply with information security and confidentiality practices
