Job Description
Transcat is seeking a Field Calibration Technician to provide onsite calibration of test equipment for customers within a specified radius. The role involves calibrating equipment, determining tolerance conditions, providing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities include customer service, communication, and contributing to the safe and accurate calibration process. They are a growing company in the calibration and compliance services industry.
Requirements
- Calibration experience and/or equivalent training
- Proficiency with MS Office and the internet
- Self-motivator
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to interact with customers & coworkers in a professional manner
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
