We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and collaborating with global teams. The company is remote but requires in-person work within Hungary.
Requirements
- Understand and drive customer success goals
- Monitor customer performance and uncover opportunities for growth
- Assist with billing, administration, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate globally with internal teams
- Provide accurate information and effective communication
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship
- Previous experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Gainsight or similar CRM platform are an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and French (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Structured ‘can-do’ approach to open matters
- A High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred
