Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our Autonomous Vehicles (TAS) team. As a highly visible role, you will build the people strategy, leadership capability, and workforce infrastructure required to support a national AV platform. The position involves partnering with executive and operations leaders, building scalable workforce plans, and driving high-volume recruiting and onboarding.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Management of teams in a distributed work-site environment
- Proven success supporting large, multi-site, and frontline workforce operations
- Strong knowledge of and judgment in employee relations and compliance
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $120,000 – maximum $150,000
