Human Resources Manager

Transdev is hiring a Field Human Resources Manager in San Diego, California. The role supports the management team with full-cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. Key responsibilities include creating strategic partnerships, administering company policy, and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of relevant direct experience managing human resource and labor relations aspects of a public transit service
• Administering a collective bargaining agreement
• Experience with recruitment and terminations
• Experience with benefits and compensation
• Managing employee files
• Serving as labor relations specialist responsible for education, training, and outreach to employees
